Manigong Bagong Taon!

Waahh! Naririnig mo ba iyon?

Tears in Heaven, alam mo 'yun di ba? 'Yung kay Eric Clapton! Di ba, sabi ko sa 'yo eh! hahah
Eto, 'yung sunod oh ~ I don't wanna talk about it!... haha nakalimutan ko 'yung title eh..

Kahit paunti-unti man lang sana...

Malungkot ako, kasi may kulang, meron akong hinahanap... Nami-miss ko din ang Tagumpay. Nami-miss kong lalo na ang Mama ko! Sobrang-sobrang miss ko siya... T_T

The Vague Dream 2 (Ang Malabong Panaginip)

To be posted...

The Tease

Nyahaha...xDDD

Abno! Biruin mo ba naman 'yun, ibig sabihin di ka pa nagkakamali, o 'yung tipong ipaglaban 'yung kung ano yung gusto mo...

Then, what's the big deal of this??

Well, to me it's a great deal 'coz I really love him! And I will admit that I'm so addicted to him... hahah
I even made a personal header with the theme of him of course, for my Mozilla persona!

I really would like to go in Japan in the near future to watch Hey!Say!JUMP's concerts and support them. And if I'm already there, and then accidentally, I bump into him while walking on the streets... or maybe, if he would talk to me (hopefully, that time I'm already fluent in Japanese language) and unexpectedly we became friends... Whoa!!! MAYBE, I COULD GO NOW AND DIE!! (AHAHAHAHA! JUST KIDDING!) What an ambitious girl am I?! hahah XDD

BUT I THINK IF THAT HAPPENS, I WILL BE THE HAPPIEST PERSON EVER...

Oh! How I wish they would have their own album soon enough, they have so many songs already, it seems that Johnny Kitagawa had merely forgotten about the matters with Hey!Say!JUMP... Hello?!? Mr. Johnny, they still exist!!

The Vague Dream 1 (Ang Malabong Panaginip)

Since in the first place I have written all my posts here in English, I've decided to post every now and then, starting today, some submissions into Filipino or Tagalog. I also don't want that all of my entries will be written on English terms. I could still consider myself as patriot, maybe not always, but in some ways. And I'll do my best not to switch codes as far as I could, but if ever there are selected words that I couldn't translate or has no corresponding word in Filipino, then I would just italicized it. Also, sometimes I will post some entries where the titles are formatted in English while the content is in Filipino.

And here is one more entry of mine for today, it's all about my WEIRD DREAM...

Si Crush... Kaso Di Pwede Eh~!

XDDD

Ang landi 'no?
haha.. pwahahah... bwahahah... 'Eto na naman ako, natatawa! hahah...

Wala lang, gusto ko lang namang maibahagi sa iyo ang wirdong panaginip ko at para din hindi ko ito malimutan. Upang maaari ko pa itong balikan at tawanan o mas magandang sabihin na, 'tawanan ng tawanan'...

The Bark Man

Yesterday, when I was browsing one of the photos of my friends on Facebook, I spotted a very interesting picture which has an exquisite story behind it. I was shock and empathize the man behind it.

In order for you to picture out clearly what I'm talking about, let me share to you the story of THE BARK MAN .

Dede Koswara, known in his native Indonesia as "Tree Man," has lived for years with rapidly spreading warts that have covered his entire body in a case that has baffled doctors.

The 37-year-old has been undergoing a radical transformation at a tropical hospital in Bandung and in the time it takes to conceive and give birth to new life, a team of local doctors have performed eight major operations involving an electric saw, skin grafting and the removal of pounds of dead skin tissue hardened by the years.
Dede, a father of two who goes by his first name, is expected to return home to his remote village at the end of this month. His parents, siblings and children have been visiting him regularly at the hospital.
"The surgery of Dede is not perfect, but the results meet what we hoped or expected," said Dr. Hardisiswo Soedjana, a leading plastic surgeon in Indonesia and the head doctor in Dede's case.
In the coming months, Dede will return to Hasan Sadikin hospital for at least two more major surgeries. Doctors will continue to work on his immune system and find ways to cope with the challenges of excessive bleeding during operations, the deep growth of his warts and the search for more skin donors.
It wasn't until Dede was a teenager that what started as a simple wart on his knee spiraled his life out of control. They started spreading over his entire body as a result of the human papillomavirus, or HPV.

Common Disease With Uncommon Results

It is a common virus that approximately 20 million Americans live with, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, some without even knowing it.
"The wart gets into your skin and makes the skin grow out of control," said dermatologist Dr. Debra Jaliman. "It grows above the skin. It grows into the skin."
However in Dede's case, the warts had run wild, creating a medical mystery for doctors.
"Some people don't do well with the treatments because their immune system isn't that good at fighting the virus," Jaliman said.

At left, Dede in 2007 gnarled growths sprouting from his hands and feet,
sits in front of his house in the village of Tanjung Jaya in Indonesia.
At right, Dede's condition has improved in 2008 after undergoing
several surgeries to remove the bark-like growths from his skin (Reuter/ABC)

Doctors diagnosed Dede as having an immune deficiency. It was, in a way, a "perfect storm" of dermatology. The combination of the incredibly common HPV and his incredibly rare immune deficiency caused Dede's warts to form growths that resembled tree bark and roots -- growths that eventually took over control of his body.
Soon Dede lost the ability to perform daily functions, or even hold his children, because of the weight of his hands and feet.
Becoming 'Tree Man'

He lost his job and left his village to earn a living the only way he knew how -- begging on the city streets.
It was there that he met Hanny of Hanny Enterprise, an organization that hosts the most sensational carnival-like shows in the country. Dede became a rising star, known as Tree Man.
Ironically, Hanny's success at building Dede's fame as Tree Man may have lead to his medical treatments.
Doctors became as curious as the public and the media were about his condition.
American doctor Anthony Gaspari is part of the team that set a plan in motion to treat Dede to "control the tumorous growths and to restore his immune system," he said at an earlier news conference.
"We have a lot of room to improve the patient's condition and improve the quality of his life, improve his appearance, improve his ability to use his hands," Gaspari said.
Hospital staff today say Dede is in good spirits, has put on healthy weight and is happy to be returning home.
Though it's unlikely that Dede will ever be free of all traces of disease, his treatment will give him a chance to go back to his village, to be with his family and friends and lead a new life approaching normal.

---------------------------------

So the condition of Dede had gone well... I wonder how he is now? And if he's operation had really gone well. I really feel sorry for him, it seems like his indeed suffering from his situation, and having those kind of hands and feet would surely deprive him from doing things particularly his work.

I know how it feels to have a problem like that, though Dede's side is more severe compared to mine. Actually I have this kind of skin disease called 'Eczema'. According to Wikipedia, it is a disease in a form of dermatitis, or inflammation of the epidermis. The term eczema is broadly applied to a range of persistent skin conditions. These include dryness and recurring skin rashes that are characterized by one or more of these symptoms: redness, skin edema (swelling), itching and dryness, crusting, flaking, blistering, cracking, oozing, or bleeding. Areas of temporary skin discoloration may appear and are sometimes due to healed lesions. Scratching open a healing lesion may result in scarring. Eczema may be confused with urticaria. In contrast to psoriasis, eczema is often likely to be found on the flexor aspect of joints.

However, I really don't know which type of eczema I have. I have this since I was a child, it disappeared temporarily but when the weather is cold, my legs start to feel itchy and I can't stop but to scratch it. And then, lesions will gradually form, and it's akin to islets or scales.  It's really frustrating when it heals for a brief count afterwards it will come back and it will look like the way before it was. We have tried a lot of methods and ointments to lather on it, nonetheless none of them take the best effect. We had even gone to a dermatologist, but my mistake was to refuse to some of her prescriptions, for it appears to be just a waste of money for me, disregarding my own sake, and also due to my frugality . I was really  remorseful back then when I took no notice of what is to be done for my eczema to be well-treated. I really regret those days, wish I could turn back time. From my own experience, I could conclude that, 'No one will ever learn his lessons and be sorry for it, until the mistake was already said and done.'

Similar to what SYDNEY J. HARRIS quoted:

Regret for the things we did can be tempered by time;
it is regret for the things we did not do that is inconsolable.

On the other hand, HENRY DAVID THOREAU said:

Make the most of your regrets...
to regret deeply is to live afresh.

weep not for the past.

The Scolding

haha.. musta naman 'yun di ba? ngayon ko lng 'to na-update!

geh!

The Life Before

We woke up early in the morning, though were almost near of becoming late on our duty on Church (PNK)… [I’m glad were not. ^^,] Subsequently, the assigned solicitors (haha. Idk the English term for “maglilikom”) were read out, and I was one of them, and I was also the appointed last prayer. OMG! I need to prepare. Gosh! I don’t know why I’m so tense when the one leading prayer with a cluster of people is me, even in school! Though I know how to pray, it really comes that way. I think I’m not at ease with it; I’m worried if I will commit mistakes… (at dahil siguro, hindi pa ako sanay manalangin sa kapulungan…)
And I really thing I should refrain myself from thinking this way. I should really really overcome this kind of dilemma of mine… argggh! Xp

At 3 ‘o clock in the afternoon, the Socializing of Purok 2 will be celebrated in the NEU field. But unfortunately, we came delayed for one hour… kamusta namn ‘yun di ba?

It seems to me that I cannot still adapt to these changes. I am still missing something – and it no other than my former HOME -- TAGUMPAY in which we had lived for almost 10 years. Those 10 years of my life is what I’m yearning for now… and it is really different from now! And I guess, things will never, ever, be really the same again! T_T

Be Strong!

Oh, gosh! We were out the whole day yesterday, and as usual, it’s another delayed post!  It becomes frequent that in order for me to complete the daily accounts of my life, I should have two posts for a day, which is supposedly one entry only if I got to post it for the exact day of that happening. :’C

This occurence should be posted on December, 26, ‘09.

We’ve got the time to push through our postponed visit to our dear Mom. We should be visiting her on the 19th but due to the heavy traffic bound to Caloocan, the scheduled visit was put off.  It was just a short stay; we make sure that her place was still okay… ( and I really miss her so much :’C )
When were already there, I perceived that the three of us were reflecting to our own selves, reminiscing something special, a recollection of memories, and it was very nostalgic… After, that we came to the SM North for us to eat and buy some stuff.
Then, we came home just exactly to prepare for the Worship Service. On the midst of our worship, I became very emotional, and I can’t help but cry… I also felt the blessings and the presence of God. You will sense that He is soothing you form all of your pain… and I’m really glad afterwards, for I felt very relaxed, I have released my distress and torment inside me. But then, it seems like there’s something still that lingers. And sometimes I want to search for a place, a place where no one else could see me there crying -- and crying until there are no more tears to cry ‘till that last drop of tear of mine will do. I just really want to let loose of the pain that I have with me, but I don’t need to show it to someone, or to anyone… ‘Coz I know, they wouldn't even understand. I know they wouldn’t care at all for they have nothing to do with it. It’s already fine with keeping it to myself and not showing it at all… It’s not necessary to look pitiful for others just to have concerns with you.
I will always smile and be always strong enough for the upcoming challenges and trials that I would have. I believe that I can do anything with faith in Him… For I know He’s always beside me and also I will always be guided by my dearest and beloved Mom of mine… That’s why I don’t need to be afraid; to be positive is my only choice. And that’s what will I always do…  :DDD

The Real Thing

The real thing that occured this day was sure a cheery one... *yey!* :D

My sister and I went to her classmate Angela for her to get the DVD she should watch for their project , film review in MAPEH. It's just that I accompanied her so that she could have a  bodyguard or a chaperone... hahah...  XD

The funny thing that came about was the same color of shirt we both wore. And it really matched with the special day, which is the Christmas Day commemorated for today (for Catholics-- no offense intended) because the color we wore was RED!
It seemingly many people have noticed that we did have wear the same color and teased us we've intended it on purpose...

Just like when we passed through the Fire brigade ( the route for a shortcut ), the security guard told us,
"Oh! You have the same color of shirt maybe you both work it out..." and then, I replied, "No kuya! she (My sister) intentionally imitated me because she has NO ORIGINALITY!".

After that, the duel begun, My sister and I started pulling each other's hair... *hahah*
Teasing and laughing at one another, when suddenly, a cute guy *blush*  was approaching, and when she already passed us, I whispered to my sis, "Have you seen that, the cute guy who just have passed?".

"Yeah! But I didn't look into his face. You! you're such a naughty girl! Every handsome guy you encounter makes you like them", my sister uttered.

Then I said to her, "Nah! It's just for fun you know... and it's only a crush not even more than that. You must be angry with me when I abruptly say-- Oh, his really cute! I think I'm falling in love with him". (that would surely sucks...) Xp

When we finally arrived to Angela's house, Donne started to text Angela to notify her that we're already outside the gate, when suddenly, a man came across to us then without warning, locked the gate. Such an insolent man! No manners!!!

After a few minutes, Angela came down and escorted us to their house. Even her, noticed that we wore same color and told us that it seems that she can really feel the essence of  Christmas in the air.

When we were finally there, I was really glad because her Mom was so generous and welcoming. She even

made us ate (maybe their Noche buena food) and really made our stomach full. It seem that she wont like to stop to encourage us to eat more and more.

And I just thought that when we're out of there -- maybe we would start becoming into good shape or should I say become fatties...

Angela's mom was so hospitable, to the point she even made carry with us a BH! (it means Bring-Home -- BAON! ) hahah... XD

The Continuation

As I have mentioned yesterday, this will be a follow-up of yesterday's ("kilig") story...
haha. *laughs*

This post occurred on exactly December 19, 2009.

It's been almost a week since I've seen him, and until now it really frustates me... haaa-hooo...*sighs*

This someone I am pertaining to, which I wish I would bump with one of these days (or maybe someday would also be okay) really gets into me...

But  some of my senses telling me that I must stop worrying about HIM! That if we're meant to stumble upon each other's crossroad -- it would surely be!

It's not that I want to forget all about him, it's just that I want to take away all the bother that I have inside me.
Maybe it's time to relax or should I say -- chillax now...

I must exclude myself to worries and have fun just a li'l bit and take part with the happenings. If something's bound to happen, it'll ensue... maybe not at this very moment, lest it could be tomorrow, next week, next month, or even it could be one of these lucky days of mine...

That something could really happen -- in the right time, right place and on the right person... Believe in the magic of love, 'coz each and every one of us has magic or even a gift of their own -- needing to be unwrapped...

Already Midnight...

Now, I am still wide awake and typing on the keyboard to do a blog. It's been awhile since I've updated this one.

And it's just I have something to share to you. I have met this someone whom I didn't get the chance to know him well, or should I say know his name... :'C

It seems that he's a very familiar person to me... And I just can't remember where or when did I saw him. I just don't know why am I so into him...

Gosh! and the worst of all, I became really depressed the moment I missed to know him, even just his name...

Until here, I'll just pour some more here, tomorrow morning...

I will sleep then...
Good night and sleep tight...

An Inspirational Song

Life Is Like A Boat
by Rie Fu

Original / Romaji Lyrics

Nobody knows who I really am
I never felt this empty before
And if I ever need someone to come along,
Who's gonna comfort me, and keep me strong?

We are all rowing the boat of fate
The waves keep on coming and we can't escape

But if we ever get lost on our way
The waves would guide you through another day

Tookude iki o shiteru toumei ni natta mitai
Kudayami ni omoe takedo mekaku shisarete tadake
Inori o sasagete atarashii hi o matsu
Asayaka ni hikaru umi sono hate made

Nobody knows who I really am
Maybe they just don't give a damn
But if I ever need someone to come along
I know you would follow me, and keep me strong

Hito no kokoro wa utsuri yuku nukedashita kunaru
tsuki wa mata atarashii shuuki de mune o tsureteku

And every time I see your face
The ocean heaves up to my heart
You make me wanna strain at the oars, and soon
I can see the shore

Oh, I can see the shore
When will I see the shore?

I want you to know who I really am
I never thought I'd feel this way towards you
And if you ever need someone to come along,
I will follow you, and keep you strong

Tabi wa mada tsuzuiteku odayakana hi mo
Tsuki wa mata atarashii shuuki de mune o terashidasu

Inori o sasagete atarashii hi o matsu
Asayaka ni hikaru umi sono hate made
And every time I see your face
The ocean heaves up to my heart
You make me wanna strain at the oars, and soon
I can see the shore

Unmei no fune o kogi nami wa tsugi kara tsuki e to Watashi-tachi o sou kedo

English Translation

Nobody knows who I really am
I never felt this empty before
And if I ever need someone to come along,
Who's gonna comfort me, and keep me strong?

We are all rowing the boat of fate
The waves keep on coming and we can't escape
But if we ever get lost on our way
The waves would guide you through another day

Far away, I'm breathing, as if I were transparent
It would seem I was in the dark, but I was only blindfolded

I give a prayer as I wait for the new day
Shining vividly up to the edge of that sea

Nobody knows who I really am
Maybe they just don't give a damn
But if I ever need someone to come along
I know you would follow me, and keep me strong

People's hearts change and sneak away from them
The moon in its new cycle leads the boats again

And every time I see your face
The ocean heaves up to my heart
You make me wanna strain at the oars, and soon
I can see the shore

Oh, I can see the shore
When will I see the shore?

I want you to know who I really am
I never thought I'd feel this way towards you
And if you ever need someone to come along,
I will follow you, and keep you strong

And still the journey continues on quiet days as well
The moon in its new cycle shines on the boats again

I give a prayer as I wait for the new day
Shining vividly up to the edge of that sea

And every time I see your face
The ocean heaves up to my heart
You make me wanna strain at the oars, and soon
I can see the shore

And every time I see your face
The ocean heaves up to my heart
You make me wanna strain at the oars, and soon
I can see the shore

~ I really love this song!
 ^__^

Right now, I am really into J-pop music and I love its melody.
And 'Life is Like a Boat' is one of my favorite...
